The data controller, responsible for the processing of website users’ personal information, is Francesca Mazza, resident in Milan, tax registration number (Partita IVA) 05199190967.
Data may be disclosed to third parties who are involved in the tax, administration or operational affairs of the data controller’s business. These third parties adhere to up-to-date privacy guidelines.
Purpose of data processing

Providing personal data is a requirement for the provision of translation and other related activities. If data is not provided, incomplete or inaccurate, this may render the provision of services impossible, and prevent the data controller fulfilling their contractual obligations.
Personal information of under-16s
If the user is under 16, processing of their data is only permitted if consent is provided by a parent or guardian. This person must provide their details and a copy of an identity document.

Rights of the website user
In accordance with article 13, paragraph 2, section b) of EU regulation 679/2016, the user has the right to request access to their personal data (via the Contact page) and to edit/delete this data or limit/oppose its processing. The user also has the right to data portability (i.e. to transfer data from one electronic processing system to another), as per the EU regulation 679/2016.
Website users who have given consent to processing their data for one or more specific purposes, or given consent to processing specific data types, have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. This does not jeopardise the legality of data processing carried out with consent given previously. In this case, point 3 of the second paragraph of this Privacy Policy is applicable.
Personal data breach
If a personal data breach occurs, the data controller commits to taking all the measures necessary to limit the damage, including making the required communications as per articles 33 and 34 of EU regulation 697/2016.
The data controller will also commit to restoring service as quickly and efficiently as possible, recovering the data available from the last backup.
Validity of this Privacy Policy
The Italian version of this Policy is the official version. This Policy is valid from the 24th of April 2018.
